2nd Trimester Long Term project assignments were passed out today.

This morning we were excited because the Dell computer our class earned with Scholastic bonus points was up and running. Woo Hoo!! Mrs. Thornburgh passed out our Long Term projects for this trimester. We will be creating "masterpieces" and writing a book. That, in addition to the play should keep our creative juices flowing. We took a spelling pretest. Mrs. Thornburgh passed out stuff for conferences. We had a chance to look at our report cards. No surprizes since we keep up with our progress reports each week. Hopefully, we are all ready to share our stuff at conferences. In math, as promised, we had a test over what we reviewed yesterday. Our biggest challenge seems to be in drawing the prism, not the math behind it. But since it is a useful skill to have, we will keep working on it. ( no one's math grade will suffer because the prism drawing though.) Wow!!! We have done a lot in our 2/3s day!!!
