Friday is last day for penny war.
Picture Day Oct. 4. Picture Envelopes going home today. Cookie Dough coupons due tomorrow. (Sell one tub, parent signature for bracelet. Don't need to bring in order, just coupon.)
A rainy day here at Lincoln. We are all a bit stir crazy. This morning we worked on vocabulary. We used an internet based site to fill in our vocab sheet. We then went to TEAM with Officer Jeff. We talked about bully behavior. Mrs. Wollan came in and talked to us about a pilot program where our class would try going to recess first and then eating our lunch. The idea is that perhaps kids would eat a better lunch if they weren't rushing to get to recess. Just as a reminder, our class is always welcome to bring in healthy snacks to eat earlier in the day if 12 is too late to wait for lunch. Mrs. Thornburgh often has apples, celery, carrots and stuff for us to eat if our stomach starts growling. We played a game with our vocabulary words. We took a spelling test and we worked on getting things organized.
