Last day for Penny War this Friday.
Today we wrote reflections about what we learned in the Prime Time unit in math. We are moving on to a new unit called Shapes and Designs that has to do with 2 deminsional geometry. In Science, Mrs. Thornburgh read about prototypes, and simultations. We took notes. Mrs. Thornburgh read more of Esperanza Rising as we made thank you cards for the Coast Guard working in the Gulf. We worked on our new spelling words with the ge and dge endings. Mrs. Doyle, a volunteer, took us out for a fun game of "Canadian Dodge Ball" during our extra excercise time. We got in lots of great running.
